Pre-submittal Virtual Conference (Non-Mandatory) 

  • Pre-submittal Conference on Monday, December 21, 2020, 8:30 am
  • All Contractors who are interested in participating in the virtual pre-submittal meeting are to send their contact information to submit@uccs.edu , by noon the day prior to the meeting.  An invitation will then be sent for a TEAMS meeting.   

Questions Due

  • Questions Due Wednesday, December 23, 2020 1:00 pm
  • email questions to Lynnette Galletta at submit@uccs.edu
  • Answers will be posted here by December 23, 2020, 5 pm  

Prequalification Submittals Due

  • Step 1:  Prequalification Submittals are due Wednesday, January 6, 2021, 5 pm
  • Contractors selected to continue, will be invited to a virtual interview on Monday, January 14, 2021

Oral Interviews & Proposals Due

  • Step 2: Oral interviews will be virtually held.
  • Interviews will be held on Tuesday, January 26 between 8:30 and 11:30 am

Sealed Proposals Due

  • A documented Cost Proposal is requested only of Contractors granted an interview.  
  • Documented Cost Proposals are to be emailed on Tuesday, January 26, between 1:00 and 3:00 pm
  • Email documented Cost Proposals to Lynnette Galletta at submit@uccs.edu
  • Emailed Cost Proposals are "sealed" and unopened until all interviews have been completed.
  • Late Documented Cost Proposals will be rejected without consideration.  The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) and the State of Colorado assume no responsibility for costs related to the preparation of the submittals.

Anticipated Project Construction Start/Finish:   April 15, 2021 - August 17, 2021
