Facilities Strategic Plan

Facilities Strategic Plan (Master Plan)

The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) reviews the campus master plan every 10 years. This process is driven by the university’s strategic plan to align the physical environment with the campus core strategies which are founded in our core values.

This plan provides a strategy for meeting the projected growth needs and campus capacity through architectural planning, land use, space use, landscape, transportation, parking, and utilities in a responsible and sustainable way.  A campus master plan is required by the Colorado Commission on Higher Education (CCHE).
