Campus Design & Construction Standards

This resource applies to all construction projects at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS), including remodels, renovations, and new construction. Effective immediately, these standards must be followed for all projects. Any deviations require prior discussion with UCCS Planning, Design & Construction and Facilities Services before finalizing construction specifications.
Important: These standards are intended solely for UCCS, its consultants, and standing-order contractors. They serve as guidelines for all UCCS building and construction projects. Consultants must develop project-specific documents and specifications based on applicable codes and engineering analyses.
