Email Questions Due:  December 18, 2023 at 2:00pm MST 

RFP Submittal Due: January 5, 2024 by 2:00 pm MST

Late RFP submittals will be rejected without consideration.  The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) and the State of Colorado assume no responsibility for costs related to the preparation of submittals.

Interview List Released:  no later than January 12, 2024 at 4:30 pm MST

Sealed Cost Proposals Due:  no later than January 19, 2024 at 4:30 pm MST

  • For Shortlisted candidates: An electronic copy of the Cost proposals must be emailed to Submit@uccs.edu on or before January 19, 2024 at 4:30 pm MST.  A hard copy must be provided at the time of short list interview.  Both cost proposals must match and be signed

Oral Interviews (as scheduled):  Week of January 22, 2024

Negotiation of GC Contract:  Week of January 30, 2024

Anticipated CM/GC Start: March 1, 2024
