• Late Submittals will be rejected without consideration.  The Unbiversity of Colorado Colorado Springs and the State of Colorado assume no responsibility for costs related to the preparation of the submittals.
• Interview Short List announced:  December 2, 2022 by 5 PM

Oral Interviews will take place:  Week of December 12, 2022  

• Sealed Proposal (Evaluation and Award:  Step II) Due:  at time of interview

Selection announced:  December 16, 2022 

Anticipated Design Start:  January 2, 2023

Anticipated Construction Start/Finish:  January 2, 2023/December 2023
